{ Back In Black }

Okay just a quickie update!! Here is the bathroom stool in black not sure if I'm loving it all the way but the damage has been done. I promise to never post about stools again especially when associated with La'Bathroom. :) The original photo is just below this post. Sorry about all the extra stuff you see in the picture but this old farmhouse only has 1 bathroom so what are ya gonna do?

My next post is #400!! You all know what happens when I hit a mile mark so stay tuned. Well I better run dinner is demanding to be made (hello taco salad) then I get to go and listen to George Washington speak, should be fun!

{ The 3 Step Stools }

I bought these 3 step stools from my friend at a local spring bazaar. I just had to have them. They now reside in the La' Bathroom, the bottom one has gotten a bit of a face lift thanks so some black paint and some sand paper.
I'll post a picture when she's all done. 

I know it's nothing amazing and I'm pretty sure I'm talking to myself these days as I don't think anyone really reads my blog anymore but figured I would share with my 5 readers!

We have been busy:

Busy working on the tractor to level out dirt and gravel.

Busy "playing" on the tractor after said work was done.

Busy going to the school to watch Miss Brinley in an Opera of the Little Red Hen

Busy again at the school with Jentry learning about how your body changes as you get older. Talk about good times.. :)

Busy making new small flower clusters on headbands & filling custom orders.

Busy taking pictures because she's so stinking cute...

And now I am busy packing up so we can head to Tri-Cities to attend the Temple & also my Aunts Funeral on Saturday.

{ I Can Hardly Wait }

This is where I get to go in June, it's also where I get to scrapbook with my girls until the wee hours of the morning.. And look at that view!

This is my Aunt & Uncles lake house in Idaho, they generously let us family members use it while they are on their 2 year Mission, they have been called to be the directors of the Mormon handcart historical sites, I know they are doing an amazing job.

Right now the house is nearing the end of construction they have added on to it. It's been 3 years since I have been there & I'm excited to see all the changes!

I hope everyone had a marvelous Mothers Day. I spend my day on the couch with a heating pad & a bottle of Midol (I love being a woman) let's just say it wasn't a good day.
Anyway, I have thrown a few more Pressed Peonies into my Etsy store, I plan on making a few more BIG ONES to go on Little Girl hats, so be on the lookout. I have also added a Family Stitchery as well, I figured it was about time. :)

 And I just loved these pictures from last Saturday.....

{ Hanging Plates Tip Using Command Strips}

I have been asked by a few friends where I got my plate hangers, well I didn't use actual plate hangers (you know the wire ones....)

I used these! 
I know brilliant right?!

These are so FABULOUS!! I love that they don't require nails and when I'm sick of this look I can easily remove them.
I like to think of them as Invisible Pantie lines for my wall! :)

{ My Eye's Couldn't Take It Anymore }

That's right I just couldn't take looking at those UGLY couches every time I opened my blog. 

I figure that this picture is much easier on the eyes...
Plus he's pretty cute, my little Barber Man... :)

Well I better get some shut eye. I have a tractor cake to decorate in the morning and b-day presents to wrap. My 8 year old is turning 9 and we have some bowling to do! :)

Oh and did anyone else watch Private Practice tonight! Why oh why, did they have to cut it off there!!
