I went to a friends baby shower last Thursday and decided that I needed to add a little something else to the gift bag to go along with the ubber cute outfit & hat with flower I gave her.
The place I knew to find such cuteness was my Internet friend Hilary's blog (which is private) she always has the cutest ideas and this is one of the many! Talk about super simple, and quick! I used a Dollar Tree frame which I spray painted black and typed up the rest.
Thanks for the inspiration Hilary! I think it was a hit!
FONTS I USED:
CK Alis_Writing (which is free)
Pea Colton (free from kevinandamanda.com)

ReplyDeletebaby shower gifts
Fantastic idea!! The gifts are so cute.

I love anything made by hand, in fact. Gifts for the new mom-to-be made by hand are my favorite kind to give. Check out the bronze and silver baby figurines my husband makes.
ReplyDeleteMy husband is a sculptor. He wanted to make something really special for me to mark the birth of our first child. I thought we were having a boy--I was wrong--but the object he made was so gorgeous it inspired a company--Romey + Remus. Now we're making these beautiful mementos available to others to commemorate the births of their special arrivals!

Holy cuteness! I love the idea of a personalized gift like this. I WILL be making this one day, and then I'll have to blog about it too ;)
ReplyDeleteThis is fantastic!! I think we will use them for birthday ideas for our Primary kids and put it on magnet paper!! Thank you so much for sharing!!!
ReplyDeleteI absolutely LOVE this idea! But how do I down load the fonts to be able to use them. They are downloaded onto my computer. Now how do I use them in my word program?
ReplyDeleteWe loved this idea. We made them wallet sized put them in a baseball card sleeve with a picture of Christ and the Children on the other side. Punched a hole in the corner and tied a ribbon through the hole to be used as a bookmark. We were needing to stay at about $.50 per kid for our Primary birthday gift and this worked great. Thanks for the link to the fonts.
