I have a love for these more candid shots of our prophets. I think these make them seem more grandpa-ish, I bought this one back in 2004 from Boyd Ivey in Utah

I did take it into photoshop as it was on the cool side and I removed a few spots on his face as well as making it black and white.

My sister gave me a black and white print of Monson for Christmas. It's fabulous! You did a great job changing it to B&W! I totally love it!!
