We had Jentry & Markell's Oregon reception on September 21st, 2019.
We had it at the church using the pavilion as it was convenient for lots of parking and we loved that it was free to use! So grateful for the many hands that helped pull it off and get all the decorations up and looking on point!
We had a Cookie & milk bar for our "food" with all of Jentry's favorite cookie flavors and my sweet friend Nanette made all the cookies (they were so yummy - thank you so much again Nan) and I bought little school milk cartons from the local dairy gold location and paper straws, we also served pink lemonade and ice water.
We loved the LOVE letters so much at the kid's Cedar city reception that the guys figured out how to make our own. They will be used at every one of our kid's wedding receptions. Ya gotta love new family traditions and wedding decor. I'm grateful for a handy husband and son that worked so hard to get those letters made in 2 weeks and painted (the morning of the reception) they turned out so good!
I made all the decor for the tables and shopped my house for our big pieces, we also had a video slide show of J&M through the years and I borrowed the door backdrop from my friend Stephanie. Oh and we borrowed lots of fun pieces that the Gowers used at the reception in Utah, they were so dang sweet to share.
The timeline print was made by my daughter Brinley, she has an ETSY shop if you would like her to make one for you or as a gift for someone else they are amazing!
She also made the Welcome sign.
Here are some of the photos that we took, I wish we had taken more...
